🛡️ Your Mission:

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of safety professionals
• Investigate incidents and provide solutions for prevention
• Drive safety training and awareness programs
• Collaborate with all departments to promote a culture of safety excellence

💪 To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in health and safety management in a food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
