Key Responsibilities:

Technical Excellence: Drive product quality and safety through the development and implementation of technical standards and protocols.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety and quality regulations, including BRC and HACCP.

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Supplier and Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Food Industry Technical Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
