Job Details

An exciting sales position has arisen within a leading chilled and frozen food business. This is a well-established and growing food business supply a variety of customers spanning UK major retailer, food service businesses and restaurant chains with a range of premium fresh and processed protein products. The role is to lead profitable sales growth, it is a home-based position based either in ROI or Northern Ireland.


The Role

Devise and implement a plan that drives dramatic growth within the foodservice and food manufacturing sectors in Ireland.

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to deliver agreed volume and profit targets.

Lead the new product development agenda to ensure existing manufacturing capabilities are fully exploited.

Manage the company’s virtual team to ensure objectives are delivered and all resources are deployed effectively.



Personal Profile

Highly developed account management expertise, ideally gained in the food arena.

Proven business development capability, demonstrated by account acquisition.

Strong knowledge of the food service sector.

Strong knowledge of the food manufacturing sector.

Understanding of the retail sector.

Flexibility to travel within UK & Europe.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of analytical ability.

Computer literature with a complete understanding of Microsoft Office.
