Site Technical Lead Manager

Following on from recent Version 9 BRCGS food safety standard accreditation, Farmison & Co. Ltd are looking to recruit a Food Safety Technical Lead Manager to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across food safety, quality compliance and hygiene. Food manufacturing experience is essential, ideally in the meat sector.

Reporting into the Head of Technical & Compliance, responsibilities include development, implementation and updating policies & procedures in line with BRCGS, leading the technical & compliance agenda and the hygiene team. 

You will have a successful coaching and leadership style, managing HACCP and leading the quality agenda to provide technical advice, direction, support and training to all levels of colleagues.
