We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company and take on a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain product and process specifications
• Manage HACCP and food safety systems
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
• Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols
• Keep up to date with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Technical Manager role within the Food Manufacturing industry
• Must have Chilled/High Care experience
• At least 5 years’ experience within a Technical role.
