Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager or Senior Supervisor looking for your next step in your career?
We are currently working with a market leading multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a Mon - Fri days shift!
You will be responsible for overseeing production, adhering to quality of customer specs, developing the team, improving KPIs, maintaining H&S standards and identifying areas to implement CI and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
You will need to be an experienced Supervisor/Shift Manager with experience working with teams of 20+ reports, hands on manager who focuses on process improvement and people development.
