As a Development Chef, you will play a central role in the NPD team, contributing your culinary expertise to create innovative and market-leading food products. This position is instrumental in driving business success, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring exciting new products to the market.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary development of new products from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with the NPD team, ensuring products meet quality and taste standards.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of food trends and consumer preferences.
- Create and adapt recipes, considering factors such as cost and feasibility.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Production, to ensure successful product launches.
👩🍳 Qualifications:
- Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a chef or bonus points for FMCG experience
- Creative flair, passion for food innovation, and a keen understanding of market trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
