The business is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Operations Manager/Director to lead their factory operations into the future. As a key player in their continued growth and success, you will have the chance to maximise turnover, explore equity opportunities, and with the potential for the suitable candidate grow into a Managing Director role through a managed development plan. You will oversee and optimise factory production, ensuring product, management and cultural values are upheld. You will be managing a fast-paced, chilled food environment with a focus on short-shelf-life fresh products in a dedicated environment. Working closely with the ownership will be important to learn the business, as will getting to know the staff team and the premises.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a dynamic food production manager or similar, with a real appetite to grow and make the role their own. The ambition to increase the size of the business while maintaining the highest level of quality is essential, and as such candidates must be hard-working and energetic in their approach to the role. The post-holder will be well supported to learn the role and will be given opportunity to lead a multi-award-winning business.
