Systems Co-ordinator

Our client is a leading player in the food and drink industry, and they are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for quality assurance, raw material management, and customer satisfaction to contribute to the success of the growing organisation.

Position Overview: As a Systems Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of their processes, focusing on raw material management, HACCP implementation, and internal auditing. Your expertise in customer relations and complaint resolution will be key, as you interact with valued customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective management of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Raw Material Management: Oversee the sourcing, procurement, and inventory control of raw materials to support the production processes.
* HACCP Implementation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems to guarantee the highest standards of food safety.
* Internal Auditing: Collaborate with the internal auditing team to ensure compliance with industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Customer Interaction and Complaint Resolution: Utilize your previous experience to interact with customers, address complaints professionally, and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
* System Management: Take ownership of the effective management and optimization of the internal systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in raw material management, HACCP implementation, and internal auditing within the food and drink industry.
* Customer-facing experience with a track record of successfully managing customer interactions and resolving complaints.
* Familiarity with ambient products and experience working with retailers is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on qualifications and previous experience.
