Reed Food and FMCG have been briefed to recruit for a Hygiene Manager (Head of Hygiene) on a permanent basis to join a well-established business. Job Title: Hygiene Manager Location: Newry, Northern Ireland Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum - Dependant on experience Immediate Start Experience required:
Experience of Food Hygiene and importance of good Health and Safety practice and procedures
Experience of leading a team
Good Communication Skills in English (interpersonal, listening, written and oral).
Ability to take accountability, make decisions and work on own initiative without supervision Key Responsibilities
Creation and review of all Standard Operating Procedures for hygiene teams
Ensuring that hygiene standards and schedules are adhered to.
Maintaining all paper and computer-based records, in line with company and regulatory requirements
Administering stock control for hygiene consumables
Coaching and mentoring members of the hygiene team
