Renowned for its expertise in a highly desirable product area, this fast-growing premium manufacturer of products for the retail and food service market, seeks a very experienced marketing manager to step up for this Head of Marketing role.

Key Accountabilities

The Head of Marketing will be a self-starter and will embrace the chance to play a key role within this dynamic SME food manufacturing business.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow the brand, developing a long-term brand strategy and a tactical marketing plan that will enable the brand to continue to grow successfully.

Experience within the space is desirable and the ability to work cross functional is advantageous as you will be working across internal and external agency teams.

Having a strong understanding of marketing, the ideal candidate will have the ability to scale business significantly over the next few years.

Personal Profile

Have experience at Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager level or equivalent from within a food manufacturing environment

Strong communication (written & oral) skills required

Strong analytical, reasoning, time management and project management skills required

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere with sense of urgency

Strong organisation skills

Cross functional cooperation will be key here along with an entrepreneurial spirit

Probably a graduate where a significant part of the degree was marketing and branding

Experienced with all marketing channels
