Reporting directly to the group CEO, this role will be overseeing the marketing and product development of the brands in the portfolio.
This role will suit someone who relishes the opportunity to both develop and roll out the marketing strategy whilst working with internal stakeholders across the group to build and maintain brand awareness.
Responsibilities will include development and launch of new products including Spring and Christmas ranges as well as organising and managing our presence at trade shows to ensure the best possible presentation of both the brand and our product ranges. All of this will be running alongside of promotion in the trade press and maximising utilisation of our social media channels.
A solid marketing and branding background, with 3+ years of experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research and consumer insights
Commercially aware, with experience in managing budgets and tracking ROI
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, a keen eye for design and ability to maintain brand consistency
Office based, this position can be based in Bath or Gloucester full time, with a visit to the other site one day every 2 weeks
