Production Manager

Are you a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Department Manager or Operations Manager?

We are currently working with a well-established, market leading food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on Mon - Fri days shift.

You will need to be a Production Manager who can hit the ground running, trustworthy, not only look to maintain the shift but always find ways to improve. You will be managing a large team of 150+ reports so will need to be able balance being hands on and delegation through Area Managers.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work independently and on your own initiative, ideally a background and experience within CI, overseeing teams of 100+ reports. You will need to have experience in fast moving food environments, ideally chilled.
