Our client is seeking an experienced production shift manager to join and lead their dynamic and expanding team.

SHIFTS: 4 on 4 off (days)
Key Responsibilities:
* People Management - lead and motivate the production team
* Production Management - coordinate and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands
* Health and Safety - implement and promote a safe working environment
* Quality - ensure products are delivered to a high standard
