Are you a skilled professional in the food industry with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager to join a dynamic team in South Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the shift to ensure efficiency and quality in food production.
Lead a team of dedicated individuals, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet organizational goals.

Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry.
Strong understanding of food production processes and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food manufacturing setting.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in food science, manufacturing, or related field.
HACCP and Food Safety certifications are desirable.
