As our Collaboration Manager Manager, you'll need to demonstrate your passion for great customer service and collaboration. Your main focus is to effectively and efficiently lead the short-term execution and longer-term planning for a customer account at KP Snacks. With trust and purpose, align with internal and external partners to ensure that KP is ‘Easy To Do Business With’ and delivers ‘Great Service Every Day’.

As Collaboration Manager, some of your responsibilities will also include some of the following:

• Solely accountable and responsible for the end-to-end supply chain collaboration activities of a strategically important customer
• Provide complete partnership with the commercial business unit. Working with very little supervision, analyse data, provide insight, to deliver forecast alignment with both the Customers Supply Chain and internal KP Demand/Commercial Team
• Lead monthly 30/60/90, and all other supply chain meetings with your customers
• Accurate delivery of NPD / range revisions / Seasonal activities without any detrimental impact to service or cost to KP or customer
• Plan and execute the KP Joint Supply Chain Business Plan’s (JSCBP)

Key knowledge, skills and experience

• Experience of FMCG / Supermarket Retailer or Wholesale sector is preferred
• Microsoft applications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel with data analysis skills
