Assistant Brand Manager – McCoy's

Slough based contract (hybrid/dynamic working - 2 days office based)

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our portfolio of beloved snack brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, engage with consumers, and deliver impactful campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive market share and brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

McCoy’s is a scale brand, with opportunities to work on product development (both NPD and EPD), ATL & BTL communications, and involvement in longer term strategy planning! With that in mind this role would suit someone with previous FMCG experience (2 years minimum) who is ready to step up and take on their next role and enjoys a varied and well rounded brand management role. We’re all about making more happy snacking moments so a passion and interest in the snacks industry would be great.
