Sales Coordinator - Demand Planning

 

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Demand Forecasting Team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining sales forecasts that are used by various departments within our organisation.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing sales patterns and making necessary adjustments to customer forecasts
  • Collaborating with Sales Account Managers to gain insights into observed trends and patterns
  • Maintaining customer base forecasts in our KP forecast system
  • Entering and managing promotions in the forecast system, including both demand and financial elements
  • Downloading and publishing reports for internal and stakeholder use
  • Completing various forms and trackers for specified accounts
  • Liaising with customers to provide exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with the Order Entry team to address unexpected order variances
  • Collaborating with Customer Collaboration Managers to fine-tune short-term forecasts
  • Supporting other team members during peak workloads and assisting other teams within the Sales community

  • Working with internal stakeholders
  • Working as part of a team
  • Working in an office environment
  • Working in a fast-paced setting with frequent deadlines.
  • Working with data in Excel
  • Previous experience of demand planning is helpful, but not essential
