Operational Excellence Leadership and Coaching Manager, Aylesbury
Location: Aylesbury, GB
Key responsibilities
Arla Foods UK are looking to hire a Manager to champion leadership and coaching culture at a range of our key Supply Chain sites. Within this role you will challenge processes and practices, identifying and pursuing opportunities by coaching the business on what Operational Excellence looks like. You will be responsible for developing and deploying the leadership coaching strategy.
The role:
- This role will be leading a global coaching project, to support Arla Foods in the Operational Excellence strategy.
- Challenges processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Execute operational plans or delivers high-profile/specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success.
- Responsible for governance of Arla Production System (APS) site maturity development and associated yearly assessment and progress monitoring trough Arla Foods KPI’s
- Co-responsible together with Site Manager for the vitality of the APS, securing a healthy pipeline and transformation of ideas into building blocks and forecast and completion.
- Act as a subject matter expert at site in tools and processes in the Arla Production System and the link between site and center of excellences.
- Roll out and anchor the Arla Production System (APS) across sites to increase maturity to unlock full Productivity potential.
Skills and experience
- Tangible experience in high profile Continuous Improvement projects in a matrix business
- Coaching and people development experience, in a production/FMCG environment.
- Leadership and Project Management skills, and the ability to galvanise stakeholders to ‘come on the journey’.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate key technical information into digestible materials and content.
