That’s some stat and in some ways testament to the importance of Hull as one of the most important manufacturing and distribution hubs of the UK. It’s bursting with opportunity, one of which is a Production Shift Manager for one of the best in the area.

This Food Manufacturer has gone through significant growth and naturally developed a number of its management team internally – which is great. The only issue is that there is a slight lack of experience across the middle management team.

What we are looking for is a Production Manager / Production Shift Manager who knows what good looks like. You’ll need to have a breadth of experience managing large teams across multiple food manufacturing companies. We’re really looking for someone who can unlock the potential of a great team through the introduction of new ideas and ways of working.
