Location:
Commutable from Luton, Milton Keynes, and St Albans

Shifts:
Rotating 4 on 4 off

Salary:
Up to £52,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join this dynamic team. As a senior member of the engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimise processes.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery reliability.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.

What you will need:
Genuine Electrical bias
Strong initiative to create your own plan

Qualifications:
Electrical and Mechanical qualifications are essential.
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
