Production Technician - Aylesbury Dairy

Location:  Aylesbury, GB

Arla Foods are looking to recruit a Production Technician at our Aylesbury Dairy, which is one of our major milk production sites. As a Production Technician, you will contribute to the quality and technical operations of our milk production machinery, and enable the team to produce the highest quality milk products in a reliable and cost effective way

Responsibilities

Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets Resolve minor breakdowns and carry out basic maintenance Monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards Ensure full completion of daily targets Contribute to the team reporting and decision making process Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences Effectively run the Filling lines by using production systems such as LMS / SAP, and operating equipment such as Labeller and Fillers to produce a high quality product Plan production effectively to optimise resources and output.
