Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Colchester

Pay: £40,000 Per Annum, dependant on experience

Immediate Start

Responsibilities:

• Compliance to various audit body requirements including BRC, Kosher, Halal and Organic
• Keep up to date an informed on all new or changes to legislation and implement procedure changes as necessary.
• Approval of new suppliers with collation of associated documentation or auditing
• Verification of labels and production paperwork before issue
• Training of the work instructions to staff
• Product approval prior to packing
• Non- conformance recording, investigation, tracking and trending.
