They will be leaning on you to bring stability and performance to the night shift, ensuring optimum output whilst maintaining a focus on quality, safety and engagement amongst the team. They have a big CI agenda, headed up by the CI team who will look for you to drive activity on the night shift and lead improvements where you see necessary.
