Due to their continued growth and investment, our client is actively seeking a driven and commercially focused Continuous Improvement Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and offer technical expertise across all operational departments with the aims of minimising business costs, improving efficiencies, developing culture and more!

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify areas of improvement across all of the business functions and implement changes to improve the operational processes
* Develop and foster a positive working culture
* Enhance company growth and success
* Project Management - manage improvement projects
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve SLA's and company reputation
