Job Details

An established and successful international business experiencing recent growth and investment, supplying specialist ingredients into all kinds of applications are now seeking a Marketing Manager to help them rethink their marketing in terms of customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Accountabilities

Developing strategic and tactical plans to support the launch and growth of products and applications in close collaboration with R&D, Regulatory and Sales teams as well as global marketing team in the company headquarters.

Leading the launch of new products and applications onto the EMEA market

Drive business growth through all marketing activities across conferences and exhibitions, webinars and digital engagement and campaigns in EMEA region.

Define digital marketing assets and activities required to convert a business opportunity into leads and leads into sales.

Design, develop, own, and execute digital marketing campaigns and various forms of contents in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate all marketing activities and monitor, update and optimize the performance of these activities.

Supporting the sales team with relevant analytical work and materials to effectively communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Personal Profile

5+ years of experience of technical sales or B2B marketing

Experience in food/medical ingredients business is advantageous

Proven experience in developing strategies and translate them into action plans

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and market requirements;

Project management skills and ability to connect with stakeholders and customers

Experience and/or familiarity with the following areas;

  • Creating and executing digital contents and campaigns
  • Google ads, Google analytics & Google tag manager
  • Digital automation / CRM tools – Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, etc.

Able to take the initiative and work autonomously.

Aptitude to make data-driven decisions

Results-orientated and the ability to drive results via influence

Enjoys challenges and working in multi-cultural environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing), Masters/MBA preferred.

This is a hybrid position, you will be required in the office a minimum of two days each week
