Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift and Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

As the Logistics Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and developing long-term logistics strategies. You will identify and mitigate supply chain risks, manage vehicle compliance and budgets, and collaborate with sales teams for on-time order fulfilment. You’ll also recruit and lead a high-performing logistics team.
Qualifications and Skills
Seeking candidates with experience in logistics management, strong compliance knowledge, and leadership skills. Analytical thinking, effective communication, and attention to detail are essential. While a Category C licence and automated route planning experience are desirable, they are not mandatory.
