Are you passionate about launching new products to the market?

Reed Food and FMCG have been briefed to recruit for a Development Technologist to join a large food manufacturing business. Our client is looking for someone who has industry experience and is passionate about their line of work. Please see below for more details.

Job Title: Development Technologist

Location: Bicester

Pay: £35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (Dependant on experience)

Immediate Start


Delivery of Product development projects.

To increase technical expertise that can be used to deliver solutions to customer requests.

Prioritising projects so that the most valuable projects are delivered.

Supporting the Team Manager in driving change and continuous improvement through the team

Liaising with quality and production terms to ensure that product quality is right at launch and effectively handed over.

Person Specification

Experience in development of wet confectionery products (Icings, glazes, sweet fillings, sauces)

An effective communicator demonstrating the ability to adapt communication style to the situation at hand.

Enthusiastic about the job role and company and expresses pride in what we do.
