Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving excellence in manufacturing operations? We are currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Team Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of 20 individuals, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of 20 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and maintenance activities.
• Drive efficiency and productivity improvements to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with other departments to optimize processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within the food industry or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work 4 on 4 off shifts, including both day and night shifts (12-hour shifts).
