Senior Operations Manager

Zest are partnering with a global powerhouse in food manufacturing that are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to take the reigns of a dynamic team driving operational excellence of their site.

You will be taking charge of a growing site that embodies innovation and efficiency and have the opportunity to lead a team on the front lines of culinary progress, producing the highest quality of food manufacturing solutions.

Through developing a culture of continuous improvement, you will be leading a manufacturing site to deliver sustainable processes that result in quality products being manufactured safely at the lowest cost.

Key Responsibilities:
* Site Maestro - Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the site ensuring all production plans are running smoothly and optimally
* Operational Excellence - Spearhead initiatives to optimise site processes, efficiencies, cost effectiveness and improving quality
* People Management - Creating a positive culture on site, training, developing and growing the site
* Budgets - Ensure budgets are set and managed closely

The site is strategically positioned to meet the demands of the food industry and you will act as the key to steering the business to success.
