Quality Supervisor

I am seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining and enhancing quality standards in the dynamic food industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- They will conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
- Collaborating with production teams, the Quality Supervisor will implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- They will manage a team of quality controllers, providing guidance and training.
- The role involves monitoring and analysing quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Participation in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies is a key responsibility.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry is essential.
- A strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards is required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
