The Role: As a Blueberry Harvesting Machine Technician and Operator, you'll be more than just a technician - you'll be the guru of the farm, advising on best practices, maintaining, using, and repairing our cutting-edge Harvey 500's blueberry harvesting machines. This role offers an apprenticeship-style training program, where you'll dive deep into both the mechanical and electrical aspects of these innovative machines.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate blueberry harvesting machines with precision and safety.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement enhancements.
• Set up harvesting beds for optimal yield.
• Work closely with management to meet production targets.
• Adapt machines to various geographical locations and climates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with combine harvesters or similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to travel internationally for harvesting seasons.
• Passion for blueberry harvesting and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills.
