You will be responsible for food safety, quality and integrity across multiple sites that manufacture premium products and a team of Quality Managers will report into you. Management of HACCP, Quality Management Systems and site audits are your bread and butter but the coaching and mentoring of your team will be top of your agenda. You will work closely with an Operational Team that understand that product quality and safety ownership is not just for the technical team.
