My client is a market leading food and drink manufacturer that has seen impressive growth in its sector over the last few years.

The Role:

• Managing a team, you will review monthly/weekly/daily quality KPI s, HACCP results and activities and take remedial action where necessary. Ensuring the sites maintain accreditation under current BRC Standards.
• As Quality Manager you will undertake product, process or reporting systems analysis to ensure best quality at all times. Interrogating all production documentation to enable full traceability and due diligence defence. You will Investigate any complaints and take appropriate actions.
• You will assist in developing the site technical strategy, to show continuous improvement and added value.

The Candidate:

• Experience within a similar role in Food Manufacturing is essential
• Good understanding of all the major retailer
• Are you a strong leader who encourages and mentors the team to work in an effective manner?
• HACCP L3, BRC v7, Food Safety L4 all desirable.
• Can you display excellent problem solving, organisational and prioritisation skills?
