The Role

To ensure the site operates at all times within customer and legal guidelines and specifications.  To ensure Operational and Technical integrity at all times and protect both company and our customers brand images

• No EPW’s/RTM’s
• Delivery of customer micro standards and complaint KPIs
• Successful site audits demonstrating continuous improvement in site operations
• Development of site Technical team
• Efficient day to day working interaction with site teams/site executive
• Compliance to customer Codes of Practice and Specifications
• Accurate monitoring of Operational/Technical performance
• Communication of specification changes/legal guidelines (KPI measurement)
• Efficient management of site Technical team
• Management of customer visits/Technical audits
• Accurate and timely communication Internal and External

Health & Safety, COSHH etc.

• Ensure staff follow the COSHH, Health & Safety guidelines and accident  notification procedures.
• Ensure that risk assessments have been carried out on all new projects.
• Ensure that adequate numbers of trained first-aiders are available at all   times.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

• Maintain personal awareness of the EMS.
• Liaise with training department to ensure that subordinates are trained in EMS awareness.

Required Sills

• Industry recognised Technical qualification – HND/Degree level
• Advanced Food Hygiene
