Our client is a thriving and innovative food manufacturing business, that is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to spearhead their manufacturing team and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our client's manufacturing processes, efficiency, quality and innovation.

You will be joining our client's vibrant and agile team where you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of a cutting-edge food manufacturing business and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
* Implement and champion best practices in continuous improvement, driving operational excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to meet organisational goals and objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators and implement correct action plans as necessary.
