The Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the engineering initiatives forward. You will oversee a team of skilled engineers, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implementing best practices and processes to optimize efficiency and ensure project success.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the engineering industry.
• Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience working in food manufacturing.
