Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Greater Manchester
Package: £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension matched up to 10% and continuous training and development opportunities
We're seeking a passionate HR Business Partner to join a leading food manufacturing business in the North West of England who provide the UK some of the tastiest and most recognised brands on the shelves currently.
As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy forward, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, Manufacturing Manager, Team Managers, and other key stakeholders. Your purpose? To support our people plan by providing expert advice, coaching, and support to our management team across all HR aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, advise, and support managers throughout the employee life cycle, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Lead attraction, recruitment, and onboarding activities for roles within Manufacturing, Engineering, and Site Technical, ensuring we attract top-tier talent.
- Build trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Empower line managers within Manufacturing to take ownership of their teams and support them in managing people-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement by accurately reporting site HR KPIs and implementing action plans where necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information for Manufacturing sites.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives, actively participating in the HR team's objectives and initiatives.
- Undertake and manage HR projects across the business as required.
Key Attributes:
- Experience in a HR Advisor or HR business Partner role within manufacturing, distribution, logistics or related
- Flexibility, energy, and a proactive attitude towards change.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law with the ability to apply common sense.
