Quality Assurance Technician

Join a dynamic manufacturer specialising in a variety of different products with a focus on powder formulations. The facility houses separate brands under one roof, emphasising branded products adhering to stringent quality standards. With a strong commitment to excellence, they are transitioning towards BRC standards to ensure the highest quality across all their offerings. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join their team and play a pivotal role in setting and maintaining their quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and oversee compliance with BRC standards
• Develop and maintain the audit schedule, ensuring thorough coverage of all processes
• Perform testing and quality checks at various stages of production
• Work closely with the incoming Technical Manager to establish and refine quality standards
• Take ownership of quality processes and be self-sufficient in ensuring their execution

Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a high care environment. You will be familiar with BRC standards and have experience working with BRC audits. You have a strong background in food manufacturing, with experience in powdered products would be preferred. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. You have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.
