Reed Food and FMCG have been briefed to recruit for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer to join a Food Manufacturing company, on the outskirts of Gloucester. This is a great opportunity as this role will give you a wealth of knowledge and allow you to grow within the company. You will be exposed to lots of systems and procedures which will really help shape your career within the Food Industry.



Job Title: Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer

Location: Gloucestershire

Pay: £28,000 - £35,000 Per Annum

Immediate Start

Reporting to: Head of Technical



Responsibilities:

Ensuring that manufactured products and incoming raw material meet with agreed specifications.

The maintenance of traceability for raw materials and finished products.

Archiving of schedules and records.

Communicate to all departments effectively, consistent, and correct information recording.

Day to day functions of general quality assurance and to be a supportive member of the technical department by ensuring compliance with the company Food safety, HACCP, Quality, GMP and H&S procedures.

Customer liaison regarding technical and quality enquiries
