Position Overview:
The company is in search of a passionate Development Technologist to contribute to its renowned NPD Team. As a pivotal member of the team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in bringing new products to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new food products.
- Conducting experiments, trials, and tests to optimise product formulations and processes.
- Assisting in the creation of prototypes and samples for customer presentations and sensory evaluations.
- Conducting research on market trends, ingredients, and technologies to inform product development.
- Supporting the scale-up and commercialisation of new products, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in NPD.
- Strong understanding of food processing techniques and ingredient functionality.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
