The Role

As a Technical Manager, you will oversee operations primarily at our Plymouth site, with occasional travel to our Leicester site. With a workforce of 222 individuals, you'll be at the helm of ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Utilize your experience with Tesco to navigate and exceed customer expectations.

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures across all production processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You:

Bring significant experience in a technical role within the food industry, preferably with a background in snack manufacturing.

Have a proven track record of working with Tesco, understanding their requirements and exceeding their expectations.

Thrive in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Are willing to travel occasionally to our Leicester site.

Salary and Benefits

This Technical Manager position offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000. Additionally, you'll be part of a supportive team environment and have ample opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
