TECHNICAL MANAGER

What we’re looking for: 

A superstar to lead MOJU’s Technical Strategy and Delivery - to ensure safety and compliance to regulations, whilst delivering market leading quality across all MOJU products. 

You will report into the Supply Chain and Operations Director, LOVE all things Technical and be highly motivated to work in a fast paced, growing and collaborative environment. The CRU are a passionate bunch and the right person for this role will be just as excited about MOJU as we are! 

Responsibilities of the role include: 

Supplier Management - end-to-end technical & quality responsibility for all live products at our co-manufacturers, including KPI management 

Development and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) and risk management 

MOJU’s Stage and Gate process and underlying project management 

Management of our Product and NPD Technologist (including oversight of MOJU’s sustainability ambitions)  

Control of everything legislation related to safeguard and support MOJU (including pack information, marketing content, customer requirements and consumer led queries) 

Management and reporting on the technical budget

Who you are: 

4+ years of experience in Food & Drink technical roles 

Manage technical relationships with third-party suppliers 

Extensive experience in packaging artwork development & sign off 

Experience of running multiple projects with various disciplines and dependencies, including product and sustainability 

Pragmatic technical approach and entrepreneurial mindset 

Excellent communication and people skills (line management preferred) 

Confident, self-starter able to work effectively in cross functional teams 

Even better if you have: 

HACCP level 2 

You have a food science/technology qualification to degree standard 

Internal audit or lead auditor trained
