A  UK driving licence is essential for this role. 

The Role

You will be creating quality product development, as well as working to extend existing product ranges with new innovative concepts based on the latest market trends and insights. You will lead the development kitchen to be best in class kitchen organisation & maintenance by supporting the team to generate and effectively deliver the development activity to the highest standards.

You will work in line with customer expectations, creating new cake products and recipe development, using your cake decorating skills to the full. You will be required to explore new exciting flavours / ingredients to see how they can best be attuned to new products and customer requirements. You’ll strive to ensure your products are manufactured successfully without compromising on flavour and quality, guaranteeing a taste sensation for consumers every time.  

The Person

This role would suit a creative and passionate Cake Decorator/Developer with artistic flair who has previous experience managing a team or looking to take the next steps in their foodie career.  

You will be able to think outside of the box and be confident in presenting your ideas and passion for sweet treats to others. Knowledge of bakery ingredient functionality to help problem solve and trouble shoot product issues would be ideal. You will constantly be on the lookout for the latest trends and be able to bring these ideas to life to keep ahead of competitors.
