Production Shift Manager

Are you a Senior Production Shift Manager, Front Line Manager or Production Manager looking for a new position?

This role is shift based on a 4 on 4 off days and nights but still looking for a well-established manager with ideally overseeing teams upwards of 80-100 reports.

We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team.

You will be responsible for production planning, quality control, staff management, organising equipment maintenance, cost management, H&S compliance and implementing CI and Lean manufacturing techniques.

To be successful in this role you will need to have 5+ years of experience operating at Production Shift Manager/Production Manager level. You will need to autonomous, hands on, adaptable, willing to go over and above. You will need to have an adaptable management style and able to upskill and review/implement KPI's as the business grows.
