Specifications Technologist

We are recruiting for a well-known food manufacturer with an outstanding reputation in the industry. They are known for delivering high-quality products and setting the bar for excellence.

They are seeking a Specification Technologist to join the team. In this role, you will write accurate product specifications, ensure regulatory compliance, and approve artwork and packaging designs.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a leading food manufacturer and set the standards across the industry.

Responsibilities:

Write clear product specifications, complying with regulations and customer requirements, approve artwork and packaging designs, aligning with brand guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for specifications and review and maintain accurate documentation. Stay updated on regulations and industry trends, communicate with suppliers and partners and support new product development.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Specification Technologist is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food labelling regulations and allergen management.
- Proficient in writing product specifications.
- Artwork and packaging design experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: £35,000 per annum / Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days on site
