Job Details

Supplying some of the best quality cooking ingredients to hotels, caterers and restaurants across the UK, as well as retail customers and food manufacturers.  This company are well-known for their range of traditional and innovative products.

The Role
Managing a small team of enthusiastic salespeople selling into HoReCa clients mostly in the South East of England.

Setting strategies to drive sales and awareness in each of the sectors.

Training and motivating the team, setting the agenda, and driving the products forwards.

Working in close collaboration with other teams within the business.

Helping to drive the implementation of a new CRM.

Collating and presenting sales data and analytics to the senior team, as well as strategic plans.

Tracking business performance and making recommendations to improve sales and performance.

Managing key accounts within the Foodservice sector.

Personal Profile

At least 3 years’ experience in managing a team selling into the Foodservice sector.

Hands on sales experience selling top quality food products.

A genuine passion for food, along with knowledge of the restaurant scene.

An organised self-starter, innovative with a positive approach and a solution focussed attitude.

Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail.

Outstanding networking skills, preferably with established contacts in the industry.

Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work as part of the team.

This is a hybrid role; 2 days a week at least will need to be in West London.
