Essential:

• Food-related degree
• New Product Development experience – 1 Year +

Duties:

• Develop and innovate new products and processes with ownership of projects from concept to launch
• Work closely with the chef, NPD assistant/technologist (s) and NPD Manager to record all required information to generate accurate recipes and QAS-type documents (CQS / CQM)
• Cook up samples for customers at their head office or our site when required
• Plan and organise resources to deliver factory trials and projects to a high standard, in line with business timescales and customer requirements
• Support with factory trials and help write up factory trial reports
• Assists in the monitoring and benchmarking of product quality of the new and existing products
