Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the role requires active participation in site meetings, support for customer complaints and investigations and proactive management of laboratory consumables. Overall, the role is dedicated to ensuring product quality, facilitating efficient operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

The Laboratory Technician position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment. Strong communication, numeracy, and computer skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude, commitment to teamwork, and adherence to health, safety and quality standards.
