The Role

Working a standard 5-day week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, you'll oversee the optimization of our processes and systems.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards, both in terms of quality and efficiency.

Collaborating across departments, you'll lead initiatives to enhance operational performance and streamline workflows.

About You

You bring a wealth of experience in operational management, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.

You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at implementing change and improvement initiatives.

Your strong analytical skills allow you to identify areas for enhancement and develop effective solutions.

Located in Cheshire or willing to relocate, you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in a company poised for growth.

Salary and Benefits
